Here at Elegant Boudoir, we consider boudoir photography a rite of passage; a gift not just for your significant other, but for yourself.
It’s a celebration of you, your womanhood, your unique beauty and your sense of spirit.
Our studio prides itself in our professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to make you feel absolutely at ease throughout your boudoir session. Past clients have expressed to us that they were nervous – naturally! – at the beginning, but warmed up quickly. We laugh, we get serious, we have fun and we promise you this: you’ll walk away feeling more confident and looking absolutely beautiful!
We may be locked down for the third time in twelve months and I haven’t picked up my camera in almost a month now, but there is still some catching up to be done as there are a few shots I haven’t had the chance to share yet. Back in February, I got a call […]
While we remain under a province wide lock down and many small businesses like ours are shuttered as well for public safety, there is some light at the end of the tunnel. This week, vaccines were released to anyone in NS over 40 years old, case counts are slowly falling and we are hopeful that […]
Thanks to a relatively small group of unthinking (or uncaring) individuals, we’ve pretty much been shut down for the next four weeks and are unable to accept any new bookings during this time and have had to reschedule several sessions that have been booked for months. This is the third time the government […]
With this publication, we top over 50 print publications over the last 4 years in a wealth of magazines from around the world. The latest is also one of our latest sessions and one of the quickest publication turnarounds we’ve seen, barely 4 weeks! Thanks to Edith Glamour for accepting this set with the incredibly […]
We’ve been keeping busy for the last couple of months with a number of boudoir client weekends and were very fortunate to have almost all of our clients allow us to share their images.
We all know 2020 was a tough year and that continues into 2021 for a lot of people. While many of us struggled through the year, a great many took the opportunity as it was presented to invest in ourselves. Whether that was to learn a new skill,
I’m excited to share this excerpt from a recent client session at one of our boudoir weekends earlier this year. There is nothing we love more than when our clients approve of us sharing the results of their session.
Have I mentioned lately how much we love our clients? Especially when our clients love their photos so much they give us permission to share their photos. We *love* when our clients ask us to share their images. <3
Another one of my favorite subjects to photograph are old abandoned spaces. I don’t get to shoot them very often but it’s amazing when the opportunity pops up. Especially when a team assembles that is as awesome as this one was…
*** Update! *** We are currently sold out for this event. Watch for our next event, coming in March 2021. Thanks for your support! Mike
If there was one good thing about 2020, it’s that we had a little bit of time on our hands to go back and look through some older sessions and update them with some newer editing techniques we’ve learned and to look for hidden gems we missed the first time through the sets.
It’s been a few years since we exercised our specialty of shooting with cars and bikes, but that doesn’t mean we don’t still *love* doing it!! Did you know that we used to be called the “car guy” in actual car guy circles around this area? We have shot with some of the finest cars […]
