I’m excited to share this excerpt from a recent client session at one of our boudoir weekends earlier this year. There is nothing we love more than when our clients approve of us sharing the results of their session. This one ended up rescheduled and then delayed at the last minute last fall when travel restrictions were placed on moving into and out of HRM, so when these restrictions finally relaxed around Christmas, we immediately booked a suite and scheduled the session for the New Years long weekend and we all held our breath that things wouldn’t change *again* and force another last minute push…
Normally, I like to meet with new clients in advance of their sessions so we can chat about ideas for their sessions and to get over the initial awkward period that is inevitable when meeting someone for the first time, but due to the COVID restrictions, we weren’t able to make this happen. Fortunately, Kat was able to complete our online questionnaire so I had some background and we chatted via emails a few times until we were able to meet at her session.
Well, the planets lined up and that Sunday morning right after New Years Day, we were able to get together in the rented suite to finally meet face to face – socially distanced and masked up, of course! Fortunately, Kat was able to arrive a little early and before Bryana and Cassandra arrives, we had a few minutes to relax and finally talk and get to know each other a little. Once the #Dreamteam arrived Kat really settled in and got comfortable.
Although a little shy initially, it didn’t take very long for Kat to unwind and enjoy the session and I think you’ll have to agree the results were fantastic!
By the end of the day, all I can say is that Kat is an amazing human being. Beautiful inside and out and it was a sheer joy to photograph her.
We will be announcing our next boudoir weekend soon, so if you’re thinking about booking your very own session, watch for this announcement in the next couple of weeks.
